Standard Return Guidelines
As a standard practice, all transactions processed through Sparkselling are classified as final sales. We do not facilitate general returns for buyer's remorse or subjective preference. Exceptions to this rule are strictly limited to scenarios where the merchandise is proven to be defective, sustains damage during transit, or deviates completely from the original order specifications.
Claims for Faulty or Erroneous Deliveries
While we implement rigorous quality control measures, logistical mishaps or manufacturing defects can occasionally occur. We urge you to examine your parcel immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding broken, malfunctioning, or incorrect products must be officially reported to our team within seven (7) days of the delivery date.

Upon thorough evaluation of these materials, our support specialists will determine the most appropriate remedy. Depending on the severity of the issue, this may involve dispatching a replacement unit, issuing a partial credit, or executing a complete refund.
Financial Reimbursements
Should your case qualify for financial compensation (either partial or full), the approved amount will be routed directly back to the original financial instrument utilized during checkout. Please allow a processing window of 7 to 12 business days for the funds to successfully reflect on your statement, as transaction speeds vary significantly among banking institutions.
Policy on Item Swaps
Sparkselling does not accommodate traditional exchanges (e.g., swapping a product for a different size or color after delivery). We only authorize identical replacement shipments if the initial product is verified by our staff as defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched.
Unapproved Shipments
Under no circumstances should you mail merchandise back to our facilities without explicit, written authorization and instructions from our support department. Parcels returned outside of our approved protocol will be strictly rejected. Consequently, we hold no liability to process refunds, replacements, or any form of resolution for unauthorized return shipments.
